This Plan is Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No

11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at 16 Madgwick Drive and 2–7 Harrison Place

Armidale—

(a)	Lot 2, DP 1196907,
(b)	Lots 2, 3 and 5, DP 1260840,
(c)	part of Lots 4, 6 and 7, DP 1260840.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
