2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Armidale Dumaresq Local

Environmental Plan 2008 applies.

4 Amendment of Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2008

Omit “, for an application lodged with the consent authority within

2 years of the commencement of this Plan,” from clause 15 (7) (e).
