This Plan is Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2008

(Amendment No 1).

2      Aims of Plan

The aims of this Plan are to correct a cross reference, typographical errors and a property description.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Armidale Dumaresq Local

Environmental Plan 2008 applies.

[1]      Clause 16 Zone No 1 (c) Rural Fringe

Omit “(6) (d)” from clause 16 (7) (b) (iii). Insert instead “(6) (c)”.

[2]      Clause 19 Zone No 2 (a) Residential

Omit “bulky goods retailing” wherever occurring from the table to clause 19 (10).

Insert instead “bulky goods premises”.

[3]      Schedule 2 Heritage items

Omit the matter relating to No 115 Faulkner Street in Part 1.

Insert instead in appropriate order in Part 1:

No 177	Highbury (Corner Mann Street) including	Lot 4, DP 339610
hedge and trees (also Landscape Item)

[4]      Schedule 2, Part 1

Omit “Lots 701 and 702” from the matter relating to Nos 2–14 Uralla Road.

Insert instead “Lot 701”.
