Armadale Redevelopment (Extension of Redevelopment Area) Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under sections 4 and 68 of the Act, following consultation between the Minister and the Council of the City of Armadale.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Armadale Redevelopment
(Extension of Redevelopment Area) Regulations 2003.

2.             The Act amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Armadale
Redevelopment Act 2001*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by deleting Plan No. 1 and Plan No. 2 and substituting the following plans instead —
