Application for termination of the Ark Group Enterprises - Minor Capital & Associated Works Enterprise Agreement 2012.
[1] On 25 August 2014, Ark Group Enterprises Pty Ltd T/A Ark Maintenance (the Applicant) filed an application to terminate the Ark Group Enterprises - Minor Capital & Associated Works Enterprise Agreement 2012 (the Agreement) pursuant to s.225 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act).
[2] The application stated that no employees were covered by the Agreement. Pursuant to s.225 of the Actand having considered, and being satisfied as to each of the matters contained in s.226 of the Act, the Agreement is terminated.
[3] In accordance with s.227 of the Act the termination will come into effect from 2 October 2014.
