AREA HEALTH SERVICES ACT 1986—REGULATION

(Relating to law revision)

HIS Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Area Health Services Act 1986, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Area Health Services (Elected Staff Member) Regulation 1995 is amended by renumbering the clauses of Part 6 as clauses 29–34 respectively.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Regulation corrects the numbering of the clauses in the final Part of the Area

Health Services (Elected Staff Member) Regulation 1995.

This Regulation is made under the Area Health Services Act 1986 and in particular

section 38 (Regulations) and clause 2 (Elected staff member) of Schedule 4.
