AREA HEALTH SERVICES ACT 1986—ORDER
(Relating to The Sydney Home Nursing Service)

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 21 of the Area Health Services Act 1986, do, by this my Order, to take effect on 1 July 1996:
| (a) | transfer The Sydney Home Nursing Service to the Northern Sydney Area Health Service, and | |
| (b) | amend the Second Schedule to the Public Hospitals Act 1929 by omitting from the First and Second Columns, respectively, the following matter: | |

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order transfers The Sydney Home Nursing Service (an incorporated hospital mentioned in the Second Schedule to the Public Hospitals Act 1929) to the Northern Sydney Area Health Service, and amends the Second Schedule to the Public Hospitals Act 1929 accordingly.
