I, the Governor, acting under the Aboriginal Communities Act 1979 section 4(1)(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and on the advice of the Minister for Indigenous Affairs, declare Ardyaloon Incorporated, an incorporated Aboriginal community formerly called The Barth Aborigines Association Inc., to be an Aboriginal community to which the Aboriginal Communities Act 1979 applies.
