I, The Governor-General of the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, make the following Regulations under the

1.1 The Archives Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
These Regulations commence on gazettal: see
After regulation 2, insert:
“2A. (1) AOTC is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of ‘authority of the Commonwealth’ in subsection 3 (1) of the Act.
Each company that is a subsidiary of AOTC is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of ‘authority of the Commonwealth’ in subsection 3 (1) of the Act.
In this regulation:
“2B. (1) Commonwealth Funds Management Limited is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of ‘authority of the Commonwealth’ in subsection 3 (1) of the Act.
Each company that is a subsidiary of Commonwealth Funds Management Limited is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of ‘authority of the Commonwealth’ in subsection 3 (1) of the Act.
In this regulation:
“2C. (1) The
Australian National Maritime Museum established under section 5 of the
A Commonwealth record which is transferred under section 24 of the Act to the custody of the Australian National Maritime Museum does not form part of the collection of the Australian National Maritime Museum.”.
