Subregulation 11(1)

Repeal the subregulation, substitute:

  1. (1)

    Subregulation (2) applies if a person is given access to a record under paragraph 36(2)(b), (c) or (d) of the Act.

Subregulation 11(2)

Omit “copy to the person”, substitute “person access to the record”.

Paragraph 11(2)(b)

Omit “for the copy”, substitute “for a copy of the record”.
