ARCHITECTS regulations 1965

Regulations under the Architects Act 1963

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Architects Regulations 1965.

2Fees

• (1)

  There is payable in respect of:

  • (a)

    an application under section 12A of the Act for a certificate of registration;

  • (b)

    a certificate of registration issued under section 13(2) of the Act; and

  • (c)

    an application under section 20B(5) of the Act for variation of the terms of registration of an architectural partnership,

  the fees respectively specified in Part A of the Schedule for the classes of registration to which those applications and certificate relate.

3Annual fee

• (1)

  There is payable in respect of each year of registration commencing 1 January and ending on 31 December next following, or part of such a year, the annual fee respectively specified in Part B of the Schedule for the class of registration to which the fee relates.

• (2)

  The annual fee referred to in subregulation (1) shall become due and payable on the issue under section 13(2) of the Act of a certificate of registration and on each subsequent 1 February after the date of issue of that certificate.
