Architects (Registration Fees) Amendment Regulation 2019 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Architects (Registration Fees) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Architects Regulation 2003.

3   Amendment of sch 1 (Fees)

(1)Schedule 1, item 2—
omit, insert—

2	Registration fee (practising architect)—Act, s 8(2)(b)(iii)—
(a)  for a period of registration of more than 1 month but not more than 6 months	144.50
(b)  for a period of registration of more than 6 months	289.00

(2)Schedule 1, item 4—
omit, insert—

4 Annual registration fee (practising architect)—Act, ss 18(3)(b)(ii) and 23(2)(b)(iii) 289.00
