Amendment By-laws 2002

Made by the Architects' Board of Western Australia.

1.            Citation

These by-laws may be cited as the Architects 'Board of Western
Australia Amendment By-laws 2002.

2.            The by-laws amended

(1)

The amendments in these by-laws are to Form H in the Schedule to the Architects' Board of Western Australia By-laws 1965*.

(2) Item 4 is amended in paragraphs (a) and (b) by deleting "a
recognized company as defined by section 5 of the Companies
Act 1961, as amended" and inserting instead —

registered under the Corporations Act 2001 of the

Commonwealth

(3) Item 5 is amended by deleting "a recognized company as
defined by section 5 of the Companies Act 1961, as amended"
and inserting instead —

registered under the Corporations Act 2001 of the

(4) Item 6 is repealed and the following item is inserted instead

6. The abovementioned foreign corporation —

(a) was incorporated in
on the day of or

(b)

in the case of a corporation that is registered under the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth, is taken to be registered in

and was registered on the day of.

(5) Item 12 is amended as follows:

(a)

by deleting "one copy of the articles of association" and " of the articles of association, or of the constitution, ";

(b) by inserting after "incorporated"

44 , or is taken to be registered, ".
