Architects Amendment Regulations 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Architects Amendment
Regulations 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2009.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Architects Regulations 2005.

4.            Regulation 15A inserted

section 700-1.

At the beginning of Part 3 Division 2 insert:

15A.	Extended meaning of corporation
Each entity specified in the Table is prescribed as a body corporate for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of corporation in section 4(1).

In Schedule 1:
