Architects Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2023

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend prescribed fees in the Architects Regulations 2015.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 69 of the Architects Act 1991.

3Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the Architects Regulations 2015[1] are called the Principal Regulations.

4Application for registration as an architect

(1)In regulation 11(2) of the Principal Regulations, for "9" substitute "11".

(2)In regulation 11(3)(b) of the Principal Regulations, for "6·5" substitute "8".

5Application for approval of a partnership or company

(1)In regulation 12(2)(b) of the Principal Regulations, for "5" substitute "6·5".

(2)In regulation 12(3)(b) of the Principal Regulations, for "9" substitute "11".

6Certified extract of Register

In regulation 19(2) of the Principal Regulations, for "4" substitute "5".

7Annual fees

(1)In regulation 20(1) of the Principal Regulations—

(a)in paragraph (a), for "20" substitute "24";

(b)in paragraph (b), for "25" substitute "29";

(c)in paragraph (c), for "30" substitute "34".

(2)In regulation 20(2) of the Principal Regulations, for "6" substitute "7".
