1 . This Act may be cited as the "Architects
(Amendment) Act, 1924."
2 . The Architects Act, 1921, is amended as follows :—
(1) By omitting subsection two of section eight ;
(2) by inserting the following new section nextafter section eight:—
8A. (1) Tor the purposes of this Act there shall be constituted a fund, to be called the Architects Fund.
(3) As soon as is practicable after the commencement of the Architects (Amendment) Act, 1924, there shall be paid out of the Con solidated Revenue Fund to the credit of the Architects Fund a sum equivalent to the difference between the amount paid prior to that date into the Treasury by the registrar in pursuance of this Act and the amount which, prior (2) Such fund shall be carried to a special account in the Treasury, shall be under the control of the board, and shall be operated on by the board in pursuance of this Act.
