ARCHITECTS (NO. 2)

No. 19 of 1970

An Ordinance to amend the Architects Ordinance 1959-1967,

as amended by the Architects Ordinance 1970.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Architects Ordinance

(No. 2 ) 1970.*

(2.) Section 1 of the Architects Ordinance 1970f is amended by omitting sub-section (2 . ) .

(3.) The Architects Ordinance 1959-1967,$ as amended by the Architects Ordinance 1970 and by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Architects Ordinance 1959-1970.

2 . Section 37 of the Architects Ordinance 1959-1967, as amended by the Architects Ordinance 1970, is amended by omitting sub-section (1.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-section:—

" (1.) A person who attends for the purpose of giving evidence before the Board is entitled to receive such fees and travelling expenses in accordance with the scale in the Second Schedule to the Public Works Committee Regulations as in force from time to time under the^h/M/c Works Committee Act 1969 as the Chairman, or, if the Chairman is absent from the meeting of the Board, the Deputy Chairman determines.".
