AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Architects Ordinance 1959-1971.

I THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of	, Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council,
hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of	Government

(Administration) Act 1910-1972.

ARCHITECTS ORDINANCE 1973

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Architects Ordinance

1973.*

(2.) The Architects Ordinance 1959-1971t is in this Ordinance

referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance as amended by this Ordinance, may

be cited as the Architects Ordinance 1959-1973.

2. Section 3 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting

24460/79-19 Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

the words—

" P a r t IV.—The Conduct of Architectural Practice (Sections

28-30) ."

and inserting in their stead the words—

" P a r t IV.—The Conduct of Architectural Practice (Sections

28-29).".

3. Section 30 of the Principal Ordinance is repealed.
