ARCHITECTS ACT 1921—REGULATION
(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Board of Architects of New South Wales, and in pursuance of the Architects Act 1921, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 January 1992.
Amendments
2. The Architects Regulation 1983 is amended:
| (a) | by omitting from clause 6 (a) the matter “$60” and by inserting |
instead the matter “$64”;
| (b) | by omitting from clause 6 (b) the matter “$45” and by inserting instead the matter “$48”; |
| (c) | by omitting from clauses 7 (a) and 10 (1) (a) the matter “$60” |
wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter “$64”;
| (d) | by omitting from clauses 7 (b) (i) and 10 (1) (b) (i) the matter |
| “$120” wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter “$128”; | |
| (e) | by omitting from clauses 7 (b) (ii) and 10 (1) (b) (ii) the matter |
| “$105” wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter “$112”. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Architects Regulation 1983 so as to increase annual roll fees for architects, fees for restoration to the roll and
registration fees.
