ARCHITECTS ACT 1921—REGULATION

(Relating to annual roll fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Board of Architects of New South Wales, and in pursuance of the Architects Act 1921, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 January 1995.

Amendments

2. The Architects Regulation 1983 is amended:

(a) by omitting from clause 6 (a) the matter “$67” and by inserting

instead the matter “$80”;

(b) by omitting from clause 6 (b) the matter “$50” and by inserting

instead the matter “$80’’.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to increase the annual roll fees for chartered and non-

chartered architects.

This Regulation is made under the Architects Act 1921, including section 25 (the
general regulation-making power, in particular, section 25 (1) (e)) and section 11.
