STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE ARBITRATION (PUBLIC SERVICE) ACT 1920-1934.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Arbitration (Public Service) Regulations 1921.
(
a ) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words “and published in theGazette for the information of the public”; and(
b ) by adding, after sub-regulation (2.) the following sub-regulation:—“(3.) Whenever the date fixed for the commencement of the hearing is not less than fourteen days after the date of the notice to the parties, the Arbitrator shall cause notice of the place at and the day on which the hearing shall be commenced to be published in the
Gazette for the information of the public.”.
