Made under the Aquatic Resources Management Act 2016 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

This proclamation is the Aquatic Resources Management
Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2018.

2.    Commencement

The following provisions of the Aquatic Resources Management this proclamation is published in the Gazette —

(a)	Part 1 sections 3, 4, 5 and 8;
(b)	Part 2;
(c)	Part 3 Division 1, Division 2 sections 14(1) and (4),

15 to 21 and 23 to 27 and Division 3 sections 32 to 40;
