Approval of a means of compliance with Transport Canada Airworthiness Directive (AD) CF-2014-41 – Fuel Spray Nozzle and Manifold Assembly Configuration

1.Duration

             This instrument:

(a)commences on the date of registration; and

(b)ceases to have effect if Transport Canada AD CF-2014-41 (the AD) is amended.

2.Application

                 This instrument applies to a registered operator of an aircraft fitted with a Pratt & Whitney Canada PW100 series engine mentioned in the AD, as in force at the date of this instrument.

3.Approval

                 I approve, as an acceptable means of compliance with the AD, the modification of the fuel spray nozzle manifold installation in accordance with Pratt & Whitney Canada service bulletin PW100-72-21891 as in force from time to time.

Note:  The words “as in force from time to time” require compliance with the most recent version of the referenced document.
