APPROPRIATION (WORKS AND SERVICES).

 

No. 48 of 1934.

An Act to grant and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a sum of One hundred and seventy-six thousand pounds for the purpose of Expenditure on certain Works and Services.

[Assented to 29th November, 1934.]

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Works and Services) Act 1934.

Appropriation of £176,000.

2.There shall be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is hereby appropriated accordingly, for the purposes of expenditure on certain works and services, the sum of One hundred and seventy-six thousand pounds.

Purposes of appropriation.

3.The said sum granted by this Act is appropriated for the works and services set forth in the Schedule to this Act.
