An Act to grant and apply a sum out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine for the purposes of Additions, New Works, Buildings, &c., and to appropriate such sum.

[Assented to 14th September, 1928].

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:—

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Works and Buildings) Act 1928-29.

Issue and application of £383,785.

2.

The Treasurer may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply towards making good the supply hereby granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine the sum of Three hundred and eighty-three thousand seven hundred and eighty-five pounds.

The said sum granted by this Act is appropriated for the purposes and services set forth in the Schedule in relation to the financial year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.
