BUILDINGS) 1915-16.

No. 6 of 1916.

An Act to appropriate the supplies granted in this Session of the Parliament out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and sixteen for the purposes of Additions, New Works, Buildings, &c.

[Assented to 30th May, 1916.]

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows: —

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Works and Buildings) Act 1915-16.

Appropriation of supplies.

2. The total of all sums granted by the Acts mentioned in the First Schedule to this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty amounting, as appears by the said Schedule, to Three million eight hundred and forty-three thousand two hundred and forty-six pounds shall be deemed to be reduced to Three million two hundred and seventy-eight thousand four hundred and ninety-nine pounds, and the last-named amount is appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 16 of 1915 for the purposes and services expressed in the Second Schedule.
