An Act to grant and apply a sum out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund to the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and four for the purposes of Additions, New Works, and Buildings.

[Assented to 22nd October, 1903.]

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives as follows:—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Works and Buildings) Act 1903–4.

Issue and application of £422,283.

2. The Treasurer may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, and apply towards making good the supply hereby granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and four, the sum of Four hundred and twenty-two thousand two hundred and eighty-three pounds.

Appropriation of supply.

3. The said sum granted by this Act is hereby appropriated for the purposes and services expressed in the Schedule.
