s1 4 s2 Appropriation (Parliament) (Supplementary 2006–07) No. 20, 2008Act 2008 The Parliament of Queensland enacts— 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Parliament) (Supplementary 2006–07) Act 2008 . Note — Under the FinancialAdministrationandAuditAct1977 , section 22, words used in this Act that are defined in the Financial Administrationand Audit Act 1977 have the same meaning the words have in that Act, subject to a contrary intention in this Act. 2 Supplementary appropriation for 2006–2007 based on unforeseen expenditure included in the consolidated fund financial report (1) The Treasurer is authorised to pay $1 461 000 from the consolidated fund for the Legislative Assembly and parliamentary service for the financial year starting 1 July 2006. (2) The amount mentioned in subsection (1) is appropriated for the Legislative Assembly and parliamentary service for application to its departmental outputs, equity adjustment and administered items for the year as follows— Controlled items Departmental outputs Equity adjustment Administered items Total amount $1 461 000 .. .. $1 461 000 © State of Queensland 2008
