Queensland Appropriation (Parliament) Act 1997 Act No. 36 of 1997 An Act to appropriate certain amounts from the consolidated fund for services of the Parliament in the financial years starting 1 July 1997 and 1 July 1998 [Assented to 18 July 1997]

s1 4 Appropriation (Parliament) The Parliament of Queensland enacts— s3 No. 36, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Parliament) Act 1997 . ˙ Supply for 1997–98 2.(1) The Treasurer may issue from the consolidated fund, and apply for services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1997, the sum of $42 313 000. (2) The amount mentioned in subsection (1) includes the amount already authorised by the Appropriation (Parliament) Act (No. 2) 1996 to be issued from the consolidated fund and applied for services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1997. ˙ Supply for 1998–99 3. The Treasurer may issue from the consolidated fund, and apply for services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1998, the sum of $18 336 000. © State of Queensland 1997
