Queensland Appropriation (Parliament) Act 1995 Act No. 33 of 1995 An Act to appropriate certain amounts from the Consolidated Fund for services of the Parliament for the financial years starting 1 July 1995 and 1 July 1996 [Assented to 14 June 1995]

s1 4 Appropriation (Parliament) The Parliament of Queensland enacts— s3 No. 33, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Parliament) Act 1995 . ˙ Supply for 1995–96 2.(1) The Treasurer may issue from the Consolidated Fund, and apply toward services of the Parliament for the financial year starting 1 July 1995, the sum of $36 587 000. (2) The amount mentioned in subsection (1) includes the amount already authorised by the Appropriation (Parliament) Act 1994 to be issued from the Consolidated Fund and applied towards services of the Parliament for the financial year starting 1 July 1995. ˙ Supply for 1996–97 3. The Treasurer may issue from the Consolidated Fund, and apply toward services of the Parliament for the financial year starting 1 July 1996, the sum of $6 098 000. The State of Queensland 1995
