AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the Year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and one.

[Assented to, 19th February, 1902.]

HEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be obtained 1900-1901, not included in any Appropriation Act for the Year : Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
