AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year ending 30th June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

NAT HEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be obtained1898-9 not included in any Appropriation Act for the year : Be itfor certain expenditure incurred for the services of the year

Preamble.

therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, b y and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legis- lative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The expenditut e of the sum of Eighty thousand eight hundred and seven pounds fifteen shillings and fourpenee, set forth in the

Excesses on Votes

on the Consolidated

Schedule A to this Act, shall be and the sante is hereby confirmed

Revenue Fend for

the year 1898-9.

and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the

Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Colony.

The expenditure of the sum of Thirteen thousand one hundred and fifty-eight pounds four shillings and threepence, set forth in the

the General Loan

Schedule B to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby confirmed

and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the

General Loan Fund of the Colony.
