AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the Years ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and two ; 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and three; 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and four; 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and five; and 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and six.

[Assented to 14th December, 1906.]

HERE AS it is necessary that Legislative authority be obtained Preamble.

for certain expenditure incurred for the services of the years 1901-1902, 1902-1903, 1903-1904, 1904-1905, and 1905-1906, not included in any Appropriation Acts for those years: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and. Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament as- sembled, and bv the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. The Expenditure set forth in Schedules A, 13, C, ll, and E to tins Act shall be, and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State, that is to say : The sum of One hundred and ninety-three thousand five hundred and fifty-seven pounds seventeen shillings and threepence, set forth in Schedule A, for the year ended

30th June, One thousand nine hundred and two ; the sum of One hundred and fifty-six thousand eight hundred and forty-nine pounds six shillings and eightpence, set forth in Schedule B, for the year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and three ; the sum of One hundred and eighty-three thousand and eight pounds and one penny, set forth in Schedule C, for the year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and four ; the sum of One hundred and six thousand two hundred and forty-six pounds twelve shillings and twopence, set forth in Schedule I), for the year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and five ; and the sum of Eighty-four thousand three hundred and seven pounds six shillings and fivepence, as set forth on Schedule E, for the year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and six.

The Expenditure set forth in Schedules F, G, H, I, and J to this Act shall be, and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the General Loan Fund of the State, that is to say : The sum of Eighteen thousand and four pounds nine shillings and fourpence, set forth in Schedule F, for the year ended 30th June; One thousand nine hundred and two ; the sum of Ten thousand nine hundred and seventy-six pounds two shillings and sixpence, set forth in Schedule G, for the year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and three; the sum of Five thousand nine hundred and fifty-four pounds nine shillings and twopence, set forth in Schedule H, for the year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and four ; the sum of Forty-four thousand four hundred pounds seven shillings and one penny, set forth in Schedule 1, for the year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and five ; and the sum of Four hundred and eighty- four pounds fourteen shillings and sevcnpence, set forth in Schedule J, for the year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and six.

The Expenditure of the sum of Twenty-six thousand seven hundred and seventy-eight pounds eighteen shillings and twopence for the year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and three, as set forth in Schedule K, and the sum of Four thousand five hundred and fifteen pounds fifteen shillings and one penny for the year ended 30th June, One thousand nine hundred and six, as set forth in Schedule L to this Act, shall be, and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the Loan Suspense Account of the State.
