AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year ending 30th June, One thousand nine hundred.

WHEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be

obtained for certain expenditure incurred for the services of the year 1899-1900, not included in any Appropriation Act for the year : Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
