AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year ending 30th June, One thousand nine hundred.

[Assented to, 19th February, i 902.]

WHEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be	Preamble•
obtained for certain expenditure incurred for the services of the year 1899-1900, not included in any Appropriation Act for the year : Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
The Expenditure of the sum of One hundred and sixty-seven thousand five hunched and nine pounds six shillings and ten pence,	Excesses on Votes
on the Consolidated
set forth in the Schedule A to this Act shall be, and the same is	Revenue Fund for
hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge	the year 1899-1900.
against the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Colony.
The Expenditure of the sum of Twenty-eight thousand two hundred and ninety-four pounds and five pence set forth in Schedule	Excesses on Votes on
the General Loan -
13 to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed,	Fund for the year
and is hereby declared to be a charge against the General Loan Fund	1899-1000.
of the Colony.
