AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund to the Services of the Year ending the last day of June, One thousand nine, hundredZand to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Ses- sion of Parliament.

WE, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia in Parlia- Preamble

ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted; And be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):-

THERE shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty for the services of the year ending the last clay of June, One thousand nine hundred, the following sums, that is to say:

Application of

moneys.

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million four hundred and thirty thousand one hundred and eighty pounds eight shillings and ninepence.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the stun of One million and five thousand five hundred and eighty- eight pounds fourteen shillings and threepence.

2.      ALL sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in

Appropriation of

supplies.

Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted to From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two million one hundred and eighty thousand one hundred and eighty pounds eight shillings and ninepence ;

Schedule A.

Her Majesty, that is to say:

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One million three hundred and fifty-five thousand five hundred and eighty-eight pounds fourteen shillings and threepence ;

Schedules B and C

are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated

for the purposes and services expressed in Schedules B and C.
