No. 22 of 1912.

AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the Year ended the 30th day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eleven.

[Assented to 19th August, 1912.]

HEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be

Preamble.

Wobtained for certain expenditure incurred for the service

of the financial year 1910-11, in adjustment of the vote "Advance to Treasurer": Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. The Expenditure set forth in Schedule A to this Act shall Expenditure,

be, and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby s chedule A.

declared to be a charge against the Consolidated Revenue Fund of-the State, that is to say: The sum of One hundred and eighty. one thousand and thirty-eight pounds nineteen shillings and six- pence.

The Expenditure set forth in Schedule B to this Act shall be, and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the General Loan Fund of the State, that is to say: The sum of One hundred and six thousand two hundred and five pounds and threepence.

The Expenditure set forth in Schedule C to this Act shall be, and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the Sale of Government Property Trust Account of the State, that is to say the slim of One hundred and eighty-one pounds four shillings and threepence.
