AN ACT to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the Trust Fund, the General Loan Fund, and the Loan Suspense Account certain sums to make good the supplies granted for the Service of the Year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eleven, and to supplement grants made by the present Par- liament during its last Sessions in adjustment of the Vote " Advance to Treasurer, 1908-9 and 1909-10," for charges during the Years ended the 30th day of June, 1909, and the 30th day of June, 1910.

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in Parliament assembled, towards making good the Supply which we have cheer- fully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have

resolved to grant unto Your Majesty. the Sums hereinafter men- tioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted : And be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say) :—

There shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eleven, the following sums, that is to say:

Application of

moneys.

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One Million Two Hundred and Eighteen Thousand and Seventy-five Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund, the sum of Fifty- six Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty-three Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of Eight Hundred and Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred and .Forty-seven Pounds.

All sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two Million Six Hundred and Ninety Thousand Five Hundred and Eighteen Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund, the sum of Fifty- six Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty-three Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One Million Seven Hundred and Forty-two Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty-two Pounds; and

Advance to

All sums granted by this Act to supplement grants in adjust- ment of the vote, " Advance to Treasurer, 1908-9 and 1909-10," for charges during the years ended the 30th day of June, 1909 and 1910, that is to say :

Treasurer.

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of One Hundred and Forty Thousand Seven Hundred Pounds Six Shillings and Eight Pence.

From the Trust Fund the sum of Two Pounds Eighteen Shil- lings and Five Pence.

From the General Loan Fund the sum of Thirteen Thousand

Five Hundred and Thirty Pounds Eleven Shillings and Two Pence.

From the Loan Suspense Account the sum of Six Thousand

Seven Hundred and Seven Pounds Four Shillings and Nine Pence.

are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated
