AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli-

dated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the Trust Fund and the General Loan Fund to the Services of the Year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and nine, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Session of Parliament.

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia. in Parliament assembled, towards making good the Supply which we have dicer- fully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament. have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the Sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say): --

Application of

1. There shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and nine, the font, w ing sums, that is to say:

money,.

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund. the sum of Eight hundred and eighty-two thousand four hundred and sixty-seven pounds.

From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund, the sum of Thirty-one

thousand two hundred and twenty-four pounds.

From moneys to credit of the general Loan Fund, the sum of Nine hundred and ninety-seven thousand four hundred and twenty-two pounds.

Appropriation

2. All sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in

Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted to

Schedule A.

His Majesty, that is to say :

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two million three hundred and fifty-four thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight pounds.

From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund. the sum of Thirty-one

thousand two hundred and twenty-four pounds.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One million four hundred and forty-nine thousand two hundred and eighty-four pounds.

Schedules B, C, and are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated for
