AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund to the Services of the Year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and four, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Session of Parliament.

WE, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):-

1. THERE shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards Application of

making good the Supply granted to His Majesty for the services of moneys.

the year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine

hundred and four, the following sums, that is to say:

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two million

and fifty-nine thousand three hundred and fifty-four pounds nine

shillings and four pence.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of Nine hundred and forty-three thousand six hundred and twenty pounds eleven shillings and ten pence.

Appropriation of

2. ALL sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in

supplies.

Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted to

His Majesty. that is to say:

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of three million and fifty-nine thousand three hundred and fifty-four pounds nine shillings and four pence.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One million four hundred and forty-three thousand six hundred and twenty pounds eleven shillings and ten pence are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the purposes and
