AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund to the Services of the Year ending the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and two, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Session of Parliament.

MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,—

E, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the stuns hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted; And be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western

Appropriation.

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):-

THERE shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the Supply granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and two, the following sums, that is to say:

Application of

moneys.

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million and seventy-two thousand one hundred and nineteen pounds five shillings and six pence.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One million and seventy-seven thousand six hundred and seventeen pounds eight shillings and one penny.

2.      ALL sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in

Appropriation of

supplies.

Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted :to From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two million four hundred and seventy-two thousand one hundred and nineteen pounds five shillings and six pence.

His Majesty, that is to say:

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of Two million twenty-seven thousand six hundred and seven- teen pounds eight shillings and one penny ;

Schedules B and C.

are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated

for the purposes and services expressed in Schedules B and C.

to this Act.
