AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund to the Services of the Year ending the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and one, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this and the previous Session of Parliament.

E, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted; And be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western

Preamble.

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):-

THERE shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty for the services of the. year ending the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and one, the following sums, that is to say:

Application of

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million six hundred and eighty-one thousand one hundred and fifty-seven pounds six shillings and one penny.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One million and four hundred and ninety-eight thousand five hundred and twenty pounds and threepence.

2.      ALL sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in

supplies.

Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted to From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two million three hundred and eighty-one thousand one hundred and fifty-seven pounds six shillings and one penny ;

Schedule A.

Her Majesty, that is to say:

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One million seven hundred and forty-eight thousand five hundred and twenty pounds and threepence ;

are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated

Schedules B and C.

for the purposes and services expressed in Schedules B and C.
