AN ACT to apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund the annual Sum of Nine Hundred Pounds for the Salary of an ad- ditional Judge of the Supreme Court.

E, Your Majesty's Most Dutiful and Loyal Subjects, the Preamble.

Members of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia. in Parliament assembled, in order to make suitable provision for the salary for an additional Judge of the Supreme Court, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the Sum hereinafter mentioned ; and do, therefore, most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. THERE shall be issued and payable to Her Majesty in every year out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of Nine animal sum of -0900 wropriation of the

Additional Judge Supreme Court—Salary.

Hundred Pounds sterling, for or towards the salary of an additional Judge of the Supreme Court, and the said sum shall be issued by the Colonial Treasurer in discharge of such warrants as shall from time to time be directed to him under the hand of the Governor.
