APPROPRIATION (GENERAL

LOAN FUND).

No. 109 of 1982.

AN ACT to appropriate and apply from the General Loan Fund certain sums to make good the supplies granted for the service of the year ending 30 June 1983 and to supplement grants made by the present Parliament during the Second Session in adjustment of the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1981-82" for charges during the year ended 30 June 1982.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Short title.

There shall be issued and may be applied as supply granted to Her Majesty for the year from 1 July 1982 to 30 June 1983 the sum of $86 116 000 from the General Loan Fund, being additional to the supply granted by the Supply Act.

Advance to

Treasurer.	(2) The sum of $1 876 063.24 expended from the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1981-82" for charges during the year ended 30 June 1982 is appropriated from the General Loan Fund and shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 2.
