APPROPRIATION

(GENERAL LOAN FUND).

No. 113 of 1981.

AN ACT to appropriate and apply from the General Loan Fund certain sums to make good the supplies granted for the service of the year ending 30 June 1982 and to supplement grants made by the present Parliament during the First Session in adjustment of the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1980-81" for charges during the year ended 30 June 1981.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Short title.

There shall be issued and may be applied as supply granted to Her Majesty for the year from 1 July 1981 to 30 June 1982 the sum of $76 474 000 from the General Loan Fund, being additional to the supply granted by the Supply Act 1981.

Treasurer.	(2) The sum of $3 716 325.10 expended from the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1980-81" for charges during the year ended 30 June 1981 is appropriated from the General Loan Fund and shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 2.
