APPROPRIATION (GENE LOAN

AND CAPITAL WORKS FUND) ACT

1991

No. 39 of 1991

AN ACT to grant further supply and to appropriate and apply out of the General Loan and Capital Works Fund certain sums for the service of the year ending 30 June 1992 and to appropriate the General Loan and Capital Works Fund for charges during the year ended 30 June 1991 under the

Treasurer's Advance Authorization Act 1990.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (General Loan and

Capital Works Fund) Act 1991.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Issue and application of moneys

(1) There shall be issued and may be applied as supply granted to Her Majesty for the year from 1 July 1991 to 30 June 1992 the sum of $260 820 000 from the General Loan and Capital Works Fund.

(2) The sum referred to in subsection (1) is additional to the supply granted by the Supply Act 1991.

Appropriations

4.    (1) The sum of $460 820 000 granted by this Act and the

Supply Act 1991 as supply to Her Majesty is appropriated from the General Loan and Capital Works Fund for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 1.

(2) The sum of $13 191 001.42 expended from the Treasurer's Advance Account in 1990-91 to make payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature chargeable against the General Loan and Capital Works Fund during the year ended 30 June 1991 is appropriated from the General Loan and Capital Works Fund for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 2.
