APPROPRIATION (GENERAL LOAN
AND CAPITAL WORKS FUND) ACT
No. 43 of 1989
AN ACT to appropriate and apply out of the General Loan and Capital Works Fund certain sums to make good the supplies granted for the service of the year ending 30 June 1990 and to supplement grants made by the previous Parliament during the Third Session in adjustment of the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1988-89" for charges during the year ended 30 June 1989.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
Short Title
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (General Loan and
Capital Works Fund) Act 1989.

Commencement
2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives
the Royal Assent.
Issue and application of moneys
There shall be issued and may be applied as supply granted to Her Majesty for the year from 1 July 1989 to 30 June 1990 the sum of $138 563 000 from the General Loan and Capital Works Fund, being additional to the supply granted by the Supply Act 1989.

Appropriations
(1) The sum of $338 563 000 granted by this Act and the Supply Act 1989 from the General Loan and Capital Works Fund as supply to Her Majesty is appropriated from the General Loan and Capital Works Fund for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 1.

(2) The sum of $2 213 914.47 expended from the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1988-89" for charges during the year ended 30 June 1989 is deemed to have been appropriated from the General Loan and Capital Works Fund for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 2.
