PROPRIATION (CONSOLIDATED
REVENUE FUND) ACT 1991
No. 38 of 1991
AN ACT to grant further supply and to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund certain sums for the service of the year ending 30 June 1992 and to appropriate the Consolidated Revenue Fund for charges during the year ended 30 June 1991 under the Treasurer's
Advance Authorization Act 1990.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated
Revenue Fund) Act 1991.
Commencement
2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

Act 1991
Issue and application of moneys
3.
(1) There shall be issued and may be applied as supply granted
to Her Majesty for the year from 1 July 1991 to 30 June 1992 the
sum of $1 850 641 000 from the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
(2) The sum referred to in subsection (1) is additional to the supply granted by the Supply Act 1991.
Appropriations
4. (1) The sum of $4 550 641 000 granted by this Act and the
Supply Act 1991 as supply to Her Majesty is appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 1.
(2) The sum of $56 795 528.53 expended from the Treasurer's Advance Account in 1990/91 to make payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature chargeable against the Consolidated Revenue Fund during the year ended 30 June 1991 is appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 2.
