APPROPRIATION (CONSOLIDATED

REVENUE FUND) ACT

No. 42 of 1989

AN ACT to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund certain sums to make good the supplies granted for the service of the year ending 30 June 1990 and to supplement grants made by the previous Parliament during the Third Session in adjustment of the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1988-89" for charges during the year ended 30 June 1989.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated Revenue

Fund) Act 1989.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives

the Royal Assent.

Appropriation (Consolidated Revenue Fund) Act

[1989

Issue and application of moneys

3.     (1) There shall be issued and may be applied as supply granted to

Her Majesty for the year from 1 July 1989 to 30 June 1990 the sum of

$1 922 499 000 from the Consolidated Revenue Fund.

(2) The sum referred to in subsection (1) is additional to the supply

granted by the Supply Act 1989.

Appropriation of Supplies Schedules 1 and 2

4.     (1) The sum of $4 222 499 000 granted by this Act and the Supply

Act 1989 as supply to Her Majesty is appropriated from the Consolidated

Revenue Fund for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 1.

Advance to Treasurer Schedule 2 -

(2) The sum of $233 660 887.70 expended from the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1988-89" for charges during the year ended 30 June 1989 is appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund and shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 2.
