WESTERN AUSTRALIA
APPROPRIATION (CONSOLIDATED
REVENUE FUND) ACT
No. 107 of 1986
AN ACT to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund certain sums to make good the supplies granted for the service of the year ending 30 June 1987 and to supplement grants made by the previous Parliament during the Third Session in adjustment of the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1985-86" for charges during the year ended 30 June 1986.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated Revenue
Fund) Act 1986.

Commencement
2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives
the Royal Assent.
Issue and application of moneys
3. (1) There shall be issued and may be applied as supply granted to
Her Majesty for the year from 1 July 1986 to 30 June 1987 the sum of
$1 268 249 000 from the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
(2) The sum referred to in subsection (1) is additional to the supply
granted by the Supply Act 1986.
Appropriation of Supplies Schedules 1 and 2
4. (1) The sum of $2 968 249 000 granted by this Act and the Supply
Act 1986 as supply to Her Majesty is appropriated from the Consolidated
Revenue Fund for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 1.
Advance to Treasurer Schedule 2
(2) The sum of $102 789 243.75 expended from the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1985-86" for charges during the year ended 30 June 1986 is appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund and shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule 2.
