No. 19 of 2000

An Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund —

a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 1998 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1997; and

a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 1999 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1998.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Act (No. 4) 2000

s. 1

1.            Short title

This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated

Fund) Act (No. 4) 2000.

2.             Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives

the Royal Assent.

3.             Appropriation for capital services and purposes

(1)

The sum of $270 617 088.24 being payments of an

extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of

the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1997 and charged to

the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the

capital services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1.

(2)

The sum of $24 316 297.25 being payments of an extraordinary

or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the

Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1998 and charged to the

Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the capital

services and purposes expressed in Schedule 2.
